Below is backdrop for World Country Dance Championship in
Stockholm, Sweden - January 2006. The event didn't have a photographer to take pictures while we were on the floor.
So, unfotunately, we don't have any photos of us at that event.

Below and to the right is Gamla Stan which is
an island in center city that consist of little alley streets filled with many shops of all kinds. You can spend all
day just walking the island and never see it all. What a shoppers mecca!
Burrr...it was very cold in Stockholm, never got above freezing.

boys came every night to play hockey.

Above shows a beautiful winter scene in Stockholm city. Stockholm
is made up of many islands and lots of waterways surround the city. This is typical at mid-day in the city.

As seen below, January in Sweden the sun comes up at 9 am & goes down by 3pm, so
you don't have much time to sightsee. It never got above freezing our entire trip. Under all the garments is Ronnie.
Above, palace guards stand watch even in the
cold of winter in Stockholm. They just stand there like wax figures. I wouldn't want that job!
