Sailed from Seattle to Ports of Juneau, Sitka, Katchikan, Glacier Bay, and Victoria, British
Columbia...

| Holland America MS Amsterdam |
How ironic, this ship is the newest MS Amsterdam replacing the one we sailed on 11 years ago
on our honeymoon to the Western Carabbean. The same captain on both cruises...small world.

| As we pull into Juneau... |

| Just can't get enough pictures of those amazing glaciers. This one is fairly close. |
| Sitka is a quaint little fishing community. It is very picturesque. |
| This port we had to anchor & take a tender to shore. Our ship from the tender. |
| We found the bears are very friendly in Alaska...after he got Ronnie's Beatles cap.. |

| They call it Glacier Bay for a very good reason, glaciers are everywhere. |
| Ronnie & Kathy onboard ship with glacier in background. |
| One more glacier... |
| Large chunks of ice calve off the glacier & sound like a gunshot as they break off & hit the water. |
| Bald Eagle sits on the pier in center of photo as we sail past. Eagles area all over Alaska. |
| Ketchikan is a logging & fishing town. This is a logging show we watched. |
| In Ketchikan there is a tunnel under a house that serves no particular purpose other than a photo. |

We were very fortunate that the weather was clear and mostly sunny during our week long cruise. You
can see how clouds were hanging overhead in some of the photos. In Alaska, the weather changes quickly and it rains
more than the sun shines. So, we were very glad to have good weather.
